Recruitment

We recruit driven students from every degree. Join the UWA Student Managed Investment Fund and gain genuine investing experience that sets you apart.

Why join

More than a club, it's a head start on your finance career.

Manage real capital

From your first semester, you contribute to managing the Frontier Fund, a live $100,000 portfolio. Members research opportunities, present their analysis to the team and make genuine investment decisions with real capital at stake. It is an experience no simulation can replicate.

Learn by doing

Regular workshops and one-to-one mentorship develop the skills that matter most: financial modelling, company valuation, and equity and economic research. Regardless of your degree, you will learn to analyse a business to a professional standard.

Stand out

Through sponsor events, networking evenings and an established alumni network, members build the connections that open doors. Many progress to highly regarded internships and graduate positions across the finance industry, giving their applications a distinct advantage.
